• You are a real person, not a corporation, trust, or automated entity. Accounts registered in the name of a company or organisation are not permitted.
• You are registering for yourself only, using your own accurate personal information. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Bad PKR.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cool-off period currently active on Bad PKR.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on Bad PKR at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to claim multiple bonuses — is strictly prohibited. If Bad PKR detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts except the earliest-registered one will be permanently closed. Any bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Winnings generated using bonus funds in duplicate accounts may also be voided.

Cricket & Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled according to the official result provided by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, ECB, etc.).
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that were already settled at the time of abandonment (e.g., first wicket method, powerplay score that was completed) stand and are not voided.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) results are treated as official results. All bets on matches decided via DLS stand.
• Live in-play bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Bad PKR reserves the right to suspend live markets during periods of significant match events (wickets, boundaries, reviews). Bets placed in the brief window after a market-changing event but before the market was suspended may be voided at Bad PKR's discretion.
• Bad PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error in the pricing system, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the platform.

Casino & Slot Games

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games on Bad PKR use independently certified random number generators. Results are not influenced by Bad PKR staff, previous game outcomes, account status, or any other external factor.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when you reconnect. The outcome of a disconnected game round is determined by the server-side record, not the client-side display at the time of disconnection.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are paid from the jackpot pool accumulated at the moment of the winning spin. Jackpot amounts displayed on screen are estimates that update in near-real-time; the actual confirmed pool balance at the moment of win is the authoritative figure for payment purposes.

Bad PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Detection of duplicate accounts belonging to the same player
• Suspicion of underage gambling
• Request by the player to self-exclude
• Detection of prohibited software or automated betting tools
• Reasonable suspicion that a player's gambling is causing them harm

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms breach, Bad PKR may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If the investigation clears the player, the balance will be returned via the player's verified payment method.

You may request closure of your Bad PKR account at any time by contacting support. If you request closure for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be treated as a self-exclusion and cannot be reopened for the minimum exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bad PKR's liability to you is limited as follows:

• Bad PKR is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, regardless of how those losses arose.
• Bad PKR's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Bad PKR is not responsible for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures outside our control, third-party payment processing delays, device failures or software incompatibilities on your end, or force majeure events.

• Send a notification to your registered email address
• Display an on-platform notification when you next log in to Bad PKR

Minor changes (such as clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without specific notification. We recommend checking this page periodically regardless.

If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using Bad PKR and may request account closure. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Bad PKR account, a specific bet or game outcome, a payment issue, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you should follow this process:

1. Contact Support First: Raise the issue with Bad PKR customer support via live chat or email at support@badpkr.ws. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through normal support, you may submit a formal written complaint to support@badpkr.ws with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaint response, further escalation options are described in the formal complaint response.

During any dispute resolution process, you must continue to comply with these Terms. Disputes do not entitle you to withhold any amount owed to Bad PKR or to take unilateral action against your account or balances.
